Preparation:
- Blend stock, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Store.
- Heat oil in a wok over medium heat; add zucchini and stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until tender. Add sauce to zucchini and continue cooking, stir constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened and zucchini are coated. Serve over rice. You can make 6 cups of zucchini with this recipe.
